Vitoria, February 8th, 2018 - Due to the Carnival holiday, the attendance agencies of EDP Esp’rito Santo will have distinct business hours. Check out:
Monday (12) - There will be no service
Tuesday (13) - There will be no service
Wednesday (14) - Service from 12 p.m.
At Cariacica, the operation will follow the schedule of operation defined by Faa F‡cil, where the EDP service station is installed.
The Distributor reinforces that customers will have other channels of communication available that work 24 hours and are free of charge:
- EDP Site Online:www.edponline.com.br
- EDP Online Application (compatible with Android ª, iOS and Windows Phone)
- SMS (aimed at requesting services and communication of lack of energy)
How the EDP channel works by SMS
Customers can send messages to the Distributor at 33737 to:
¥ Report power failure with ENERGY + no. installation;
¥ Barcode request for payment of electricity bill, with the text Account + n ¡ of the installation;
¥ Request to reconnect energy, with the text Religa + n ¡ of installation.
