"The great interest of Brazilian bands in participating in the contest and the musical quality presented in this first edition motivates us to continue encouraging more and more Brazilian artistic talent, "says Paulo Campos Costa, Communication Director of the EDP Group.

Originality, stage presence, technique and musical performance were some of the criteria evaluated by the jury made up of Paulo Campos Costa (EDP), Álvaro Covões (Everything is New), Paulo Junqueiro (Sony), Paulo Lima (Fnac) and the actor Ricardo Pereira, which made the band Soulvenir the winner of the contest.
