EDP launches an app to provide more convenience

Intuitive and functional, the tool has real - time chat service

EDP, a company that operates in the areas of distribution, generation, commercialization and energy solutions, has news for the more than 3.3 million customers served in their concession areas in the states of Esp’rito Santo and S‹o Paulo. It is the launch of the app EDP Online for mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) compatible with Android ª, iOS and Windows Phone platforms.

With the app, you can now join the account by email, sign up for direct debit, request bar codes for invoice payment, provide notification of power outage and send photos of incidents. With the online chat function, the consumer can also obtain information and clarify doubts in real time.

The free app has been developed and customized for exclusive use by the EDP Escelsa and EDP Bandeirante customers. In the opening screen, with consumer identification data and the concession area, the tool provides a portfolio of functions, including history of consumption, request status, database update, change in the due date, among others.

The app is available for download at Play Store, App Store or Windows Store.
