EDP campaign improves virtual customer service channels

The EDP Online platform provides more than 50 services and can be accessed via web and app; the campaign's communication will focus on the internet

An advertising campaign will focus on the services provided by the EDP Online platform with the goal of strengthening the availability of the company virtual customer service channels. With the message "The energy to simplify your everyday life", the ads will be posted online and inform over 3.3 million customers in S‹o Paulo and Esp’rito Santo about the platform services.

Currently, 60% of the concessionaires customer support services are already provided through electronic media. There are more than 50 services available at EDP Online, via www.edponline.com.br, in addition to specific portals for target groups such as engineers and technicians, hospitals, public authorities, middle- and high-voltage customers, condos, and real estate agencies.

Available for all smartphone and tablet platforms, the app was also designed to provide customers with higher accessibility and availability. The app offers the most requested customer services, such as electricity meter reports, debit queries, bill settlement, power reconnection, account registration by email, and power interruption calls.

It is important to note that both platforms offer a chat service, available 24 hours a day, where consumers can settle their doubts directly with our employees.
