EDP brings together authorities in Serra and presents action plan for rainy season
For the fifth consecutive year, EDP, throughout the generation area, met this Thursday, the 5th, with state and municipal authorities and civil defense coordinators in various Capixaba municipalities and the Fire Brigade, for an Information Meeting on the Operation of EDP Hydroelectric Power Plants in Espírito Santo.
During the event, the actions taken in the generation units of the Group in the state, such as operational trials, training and retraining of employees, as well as special planning for the rainy season were presented. The participants also learned about the functioning Operational Generation Center (COG), located in Carapina, in Serra, where continuous, remote and online monitoring of Hydroelectric Power Plants (HPP) and Small Hydroelectric Plants (SHPPs) run by EDP in the State.
