EDP Brasil listed on the FTSE4Good sustainability index

EDP Brasil, a company engaged in energy generation, transmission, trading, services and supply, has once again made it to the FTSE4Good list, an index that acknowledges companies with good sustainability practices and advanced corporate social responsibility policies.

The company was recognized for its performance in several Environmental, Social and Governance (ASG) criteria, particularly in areas such as: respecting and promoting Human Rights, ensuring good working conditions, fighting corruption, and mitigating/adapting to climate change. "Once again, being listed on the FTSE4Good index reflects and reiterates before the financial market the consistent path that EDP is taking towards sustainability," says EDP Executive Manager for Sustainability S—nia Cardoso.

Created in 2001, the FTSE4Good index aims to be a tool for investors to identify opportunities in companies complying with corporate responsibility requirements, with worldwide recognition. The index also provides investment managers with a benchmark metric for responsible investments from a socio-environmental perspective. Finally, FTSE4Good promotes responsible business practices around the world.
