Eternamente Sou Ligada em Você (I´m Eternally Connected to You)

The first initiative is Eternamente Sou Ligada em Você ', a distance volunteering action aimed at minimizing the impacts of social isolation for the beneficiaries of the NGO Eternamente Sou, which fights for an active, dignified and welcoming longevity for women, LGBT 50+ minorities, in addition to enhancing the rights and memories acquired over the years.

The interaction between EDP volunteers and the public served by the NGO will be through the telephone and social networks. This interaction will take place after participating in a training, given by Eternamente Sou, on the approach methodology and the filling out of a questionnaire.

Eu apoio a diversidade LGBTI+ (I support LGBTI+ diversity)

The ‘Eu apoio a diversidade LGBTI+’ initiative aims to support Social Organizations that serve the LGBTI+ community with financial resources to serve the public in this time of pandemic and greater isolation and vulnerability. Donations can be made to three Partner Organizations:

The Associação GOLD is a non-profit organization founded in 2005 with the intention of promoting citizenship and defending the rights of the LGBT population in Espírito Santo.

The Organization was born in the city of São Paulo in 2014, the result of a spontaneous meeting of mothers and fathers of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transvestites and transsexuals from all over Brazil, concerned with prejudice and violence against the LGBTQI+ population. In addition, the group fights for the civil rights of its sons and daughters.

Sao Paulo: ETERNAMENTE SOU (I ETERNALLY AM)

Non-governmental organization that started its work in 2017 through a collective of professionals mobilized by the need to implement services and projects aimed at psychosocial care for LGBT elderly people. Considering the prejudice, intolerance and invisibility suffered by this public, the NGO seeks to develop an integrated work in the social assistance network of the municipality of São Paulo, in order to favor their social inclusion and protagonism, providing a dignified and active old age.
