Electricity bill by e-mail

Over 350 thousand customers in the 28 cities serviced by EP in São Paulo currently receive their energy bills by e-mail. This saves the equivalent of 420 trees per year.

At the company uses its customer relationship channels to encourage e-mail billing. When customers subscribe to virtual billing, they not only help protect the environment by decreasing dependency on paper, they also receive their bill much earlier, making the billing process much more convenient.

Registering for email billing is simple: access EDP Online (www.edponline.com.br), use the company app which is available for all smartphone and tablet platforms, call our customer service channels or visit one of our local branches.

At EDP Online, customers can also choose to receive Scheduled Maintenance Updates and other Company communications by e-mail.
